Atlantic Aviation Group are delighted to have partnered with performance coach Caroline Currid to work on the development of their staff.
As CEO and founder of Unica Performance Ltd, Caroline has worked with a number of businesses and sports teams such as O2, Bank of Ireland, Munster Rugby and the Kenyan Olympic Athletics team. She was also part of the backroom staff for 3 different All Ireland wins for Tyrone Footballers (2008) Tipperary hurlers (2010) and the Dublin footballers (2011) while also working with with Paul O’Connell.
Atlantic Aviation Group HR and Training Director Caoimhe O’Donnell said; “We are delighted to have Caroline on board. We have an ongoing commitment to our staff to provide them with world class training and development. Having someone of Caroline’s calibre working with them will only enhance this further.”
News of the partnership comes after the recent announcement by the company that 24 of their staff have been enrolled onto the University of Limerick Management Development programme.
